  • Our venue is a do-it-yourself wedding venue with two ceremony sites to choose from.  It is available to you all day of your wedding, 9:30 am till 10:00 pm and the night before 6:00 pm till 7:00 pm for your rehearsal. Rehearsal 
  • A 36 X 96 pole barn with a concrete slab floor with a kitchenette, string lights, chandelier and sheer curtains on north  side of barn.
  • A  dance floor under strings of lights, a chandelier and the night stars, with an outdoor area for your DJ beside the dance floor.
  • Air conditioned bridal suite for bridal party to get dressed or to just freshen up,  with a screened porch area to relax and prepare for your day.
  • 72' round tables and chairs and 3 food tables
  • Multiple scenic spots for photo opportunities.
  • Rustic bar - wood top with rustic tin front and sides.
  • Fire Pit
  • Two restrooms
  • Designated smoking area
  • Large and  small wooden spools for:  cake table/gift tables/guests sign in/send off/ around the dance floor/food tables or anything else you could think of.
  • Many available decorations to choose from for your use, to decorate the ceremony, reception and dance floor areas. 
  •  Parking out of view of photos, with shuttling for guests, if needed to the ceremony.

Classic Package $4800

Our Classic Package includes the above items with tables and chairs to ​accommodate seating for maximum of 130 guests and bridal party

Also Included: 

*Day of Coordinator and Rehearsal Coordination

*Assist with decorating the barn and premises with renters decorations or decorations owned by Venue

* Set up, breakdown and cleanup of event

* Black tablecloths for food 

* Assortment of different colored tablecloths for guest tables

* Assortment of sequin tablecloths/runners to choose from

* Chafing dishes

* Buffet style service and cake cutting (Not including the dinnerware for the reception)

* Refreshment (of owner choosing) will be provided for the bride and bridesmaids​ before ceremony

 

Deluxe Package $5700

Our Deluxe Package includes everything in the Classic package plus bartending service for up to 100 guests*

  • Bar Service - provided by Tipsy Tampa Bartender & Events. Licensed and Insured, Includes 5 hours of service (1 hour for set up and 4 hours for bar service), 1 bartender, choice of 4 liquors, 2 beers, 2 wines, 2 signature drinks, all beverages and mixers, etc.

*Any guest amount over 100 will be an additional $300

 

Additional Services

Digital Photobooth for your wedding day: 

  • Any couples booked with us can use our coordinator's, Kassie, professional digital photobooth for an additional $250 for the duration of their wedding. This photobooth includes:

    • Personalized logo for the wedding​

    • Our decorated greenery backdrop

    • LED lighting

    • Assortment of props

    • Text or email delivery of images to the guests

    • Email to the host after the wedding with all images.

As part of both packages, Day of Wedding Coordination is automatically included. This service includes:

  • A 1-on-1 walk-through with our Coordinator, Kassie about 1 month prior to your wedding date to discuss layout, vision, and decorations.
  • Access to a Google Document to collect your finalized wedding day information.
  • A detailed 1-on-1 phone conference 2 weeks before the wedding to finalize any loose ends
  • Direct contact with vendors to confirm arrival/departure times
  • An in-depth, color-coded, Master timeline for wedding day
  • 1 hour for Rehearsal Coordination the Friday evening before.
  • Wedding coordination from 10am - 8pm on day of wedding
  • Decoration management and set up on wedding day

Our Ceremony Archways

We are always trying to expand our options within an affordable budget. We are happy share that we now have 3 archway options available for you to choose from! Our Triangular arch is now available in 2 different sizes!
